Tough to fully diagnose from a short clip, but your crossovers look solid. One thing I stress with most players is loading the outside edge. The power isn’t the leg coming over—it’s the under-push. If you can load that outside edge, push under your body, and finish with full extension, you’ll generate way more speed and control.
