Love this and nice demonstration by this young skater! Very interesting and dare I say different to have the players run this independently without any input from the coaches in order to internalize the movements on their own. That said, at what point would a coach provide feedback to address and inefficient movement patterns? Or is that simply a different part of practice? Thanks for sharing @toni ! #drill #skating
