Use of the Skatemill as a warm up before an on ice session, with a lot of benefits like:
1. All players are included, also the injured players which are on the return to play protocol.
2. Focus on Skating Technique and Position.
3. Individual Feedback within a team practice.
4. Players take shots during their break.
5. Endurance workout
All players will have 6 shifts with 45 seconds each shift.
