Went for a huge warm up feeling ready for tonight training

Had a 2 hr shooting and stickhandling session while the women's Thunder played against the Wakatipu Wild (Thunder lost 3-2 in overtime) and managed to get 340 shots in. Really getting the hang of my new stick. #shooting #stickhandling
